Infrastructure Cloud Engineering & Delivery (ICED) are responsible for all the IT based platforms.
The Delivery & Transition team within ICED are responsible for the successful delivery of projects and programmes through the lifecycle into supported business as usual.
The Event Coordinator will deliver the following:
1. Raise and track through to successful completion CRQ's as requested by the ICED Project and Delivery Managers, according to the standard processes (both expedited and standard).
2. Ensure accurate Methods of Procedure (MoP) documents are included in the CRQ and that these have met all necessary approvals.
3. Support to the Delivery Managers for any conflict/clashes to mutually acceptable resolution of CRQ's
4. Monitor the Successful completion of CRQ's as defined in the MoPs
5. Provide monthly reporting to show volume of CRQ's raised for type / success / failures / re-planned and capture reasons for failures and re-plans .
6. Support Delivery Managers and Project Managers with any escalation support as required.
